How to exchange a purchased item?
- The product can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt;
- The product can be exchanged if it is in its original condition, in perfect condition, accompanied by an undamaged retail box, and the factory label is not damaged/removed/lost.
- Due to hygiene reasons, exchange is not possible for socks, tights, underwear, swimsuits, and bodysuits.
- The company will exchange the item if it is found to have an inherent defect;
- An inherent defect refers to a defect that existed before purchase and is not a result of using the product;
How to return a purchased item?
- The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product can be returned if it is in its original condition, in perfect condition, and the factory label is not damaged/removed/lost.
- Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not possible for socks, tights, underwear, swimsuits, and bodysuits, unless the item is defective.
- The company will accept the return of the item if it is found to have an inherent defect;
- An inherent defect refers to a defect that existed before purchase and is not a result of using the product;
- If the product was purchased with a plastic card, the refund will be processed to the same card within 2 to 10 business days.
